My first blog post

The main reason I started this blog is to document my journey towards financial freedom. As simple as that. A long the way, I hope to learn how to be better in writing. I hope to improve my grammar too.

Financial freedom is an old term. It keeps on coming back when ever I face difficulties. I wish I could control my life and never have to listen to other people. In other word, I would like to escape when ever I can.

When I was an entrepreneur few years ago, I thought I was on my way to financial freedom. I don't have to listen to boss. I am the boss. Boy I was wrong. There is always someone bigger than you. In this case, they are many and they are my paying customers. I can't just run away when ever there is a problem. I stuck with these people. I was not happy still.

Live frugally. I learn about this phase. It is easier to say than done. In today's world of consumerism, we always being bombarded with advertisements. Social media like Facebook and Instagram have it worse. We are now being judged with what you have, with where you are going, with what you are doing. They make you feel miserable and sad.

After I have gone through this journey, I found peace. I found what makes me happy. I never have to rely on buying or travelling to make me happy. It is within you. Everyone has it and everyone can achieve it. I am blessed with it and I would like to share it with you.
